Scope:
These policies and procedures apply to all tours, safaris, and excursions booked with Adventures Shuttle & Tours Shuttle Service. All clients and agents are expected to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Please take note that in booking a tour with Adventures Shuttle & Tours you acknowledge that you have read and understand that you are bound to these terms and conditions below.
The terms and conditions will apply by booking or by participating in a tour or transfer (“organised trip”) with Adventures shuttle& Tours (“Tour Operator”), you (“you/client/traveller”).

Payment Terms and Conditions for Adventures Shuttle &. Tours Service
i.Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and electronic bank transfer.
ii.Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
iii.Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the tour date. If the booking is made within 21 days of the tour date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
iv.Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the tour date will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 21 days before the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
v.No-shows: No refunds will be given for no-shows or for unused services.
vi.Late Payments: Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking. Adventures Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
vii.Currency: All payments must be made in the local currency, unless otherwise agreed.
viii.Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the price is guaranteed.
ix.Liability: Adventures Shuttle & Tours is not responsible for any bank charges, fees, or exchange rate differences that may occur during the payment process.
By making a booking with Adventures Shuttle & Tours, you agree to these payment terms and conditions. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact us.

Changes to Bookings
•By Client:
Changes to bookings must be requested in writing at least 21 days before the tour date.
We will accommodate changes where possible, but additional charges may apply.
•By Adventures Shuttle & Tours:
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the tour itinerary as necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Tour Inclusions
•Transport: Comfortable transport throughout the tour. Service vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, including passenger liability, underwritten by Auto & General.
•Guides: Knowledgeable guides providing insightful commentary.
•Entrance Fees: All entrance fees as specified in the tour details
•Meals: Lunch as specified in the tour details.
•Overnight: Drivers or tour operators that require overnight accommodation, prices will be quoted for overnight accommodation.
Adventures Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to use alternative vehicles and/or drivers when necessary. This may result in additional costs to the tour operator.

Tour Exclusions
•Gratuities/ Tips: Please note that gratuities/tips for tour operator, guides, drivers, associated facilities or the director of Adventures Shuttle & Tours are not included in the prices for the tours or transfers.

Health and Safety
•Medical Conditions: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.
•Inoculation and Immunization: Clients must meet all health requirements for travel and take necessary vaccinations and precautions.
•Insurance: It is the client’s responsibility to have adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, and cancellation.
Illness or Disability:
•Clients must declare any illness, disability, or medical treatment at the time of booking.
•Adventures Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to exclude clients who fail to disclose such information.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution:
•Complaints must be addressed in writing to Adventures Shuttle & Tours via email.
We aim to respond within 30 days and resolve disputes after investigation with the relevant supplier.

Responsibility:
•Clients must ensure all travel documents are in order and obtain necessary visas and permits.
•Passports must have sufficient blank visa pages and be valid for the required period.

Code of Conduct
•Respect: Clients are expected to respect the cultural heritage, wildlife, and natural environments visited.
•Compliance: Clients must comply with the instructions of the tour guides and follow all safety regulations.
Liability / Disclaimer:
•The client shall not have any claim against Adventures Shuttle & Tours, its members, or employees for any injury, loss, accident, damage, discomfort, or inconvenience to themselves or their property from any cause whatsoever. This includes any act, neglect, or default by Adventures Shuttle & Tours, its employees, associates, or service providers, as well as any act of God, nature, theft, or civil commotion. The client hereby indemnifies and holds Adventures shuttle & Tours harmless against any such claim.

Legalities:
•Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa and are enforceable within the Republic of South Africa and its courts.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court, with Adventures Shuttle & Tours entitled to bring proceedings in the High Court if necessary.
Your Reviews:
You can post ratings and reviews (“Reviews”) on our site, and Guides can respond.
By posting, you:
a)Grant Adventures Shuttle & Tours a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and promote your Reviews without approval, even if you close your account.
b)Understand other users will see your Reviews.
Do not post Reviews that are:
(i)Fraudulent or misleading
(ii)Defamatory or offensive.
(iii)Discriminatory or harmful.
(iv)Illegal or promoting illegal activities.
(v)Including contact details.
We can remove or modify Reviews without notice if they infringe intellectual property or violate our Terms. We can unpublish Tours with such Reviews.
Reviews reflect users’ opinions, not ours. We may verify Reviews but do not guarantee accuracy. Adventures Shuttle & Tours is not liable for Reviews or related claims.
