  • Transport: Comfortable transport throughout the tour. Service vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, including passenger liability, underwritten by Auto & General.
  • Guides: Knowledgeable guides providing insightful commentary.
  • Entrance Fees: All entrance fees as specified in the tour details
  • We make a lunch stop, but meals are not included
  • Overnight: Drivers or tour operators that require overnight accommodation, prices will be quoted for overnight accommodation.
  • Adventures Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to use alternative vehicles and/or drivers when necessary. This may result in additional costs to the tour operator.

Gratuities/ Tips: Please note that gratuities/tips for tour operator, guides, drivers, associated facilities or the director of Adventures Shuttle & Tours are not included in the prices for the tours or transfers.

Changes to bookings must be requested in writing at least 21 days before the tour date.
We will accommodate changes where possible, but additional charges may apply.

  • Medical Conditions: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.
  • Inoculation and Immunization: Clients must meet all health requirements for travel and take necessary vaccinations and precautions.
  • Insurance: It is the client’s responsibility to have adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, and cancellation.
    Illness or Disability:
  • Clients must declare any illness, disability, or medical treatment at the time of booking.
  • Adventures Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to exclude clients who fail to disclose such information.
    Complaints and Dispute Resolution:
  • Complaints must be addressed in writing to Adventures Shuttle & Tours via email.
    We aim to respond within 30 days and resolve disputes after investigation with the relevant supplier.
