The itinerary will be reviewed and adjusted if necessary, based on the vessel’s final departure time, to ensure you return to the ship safely while still enjoying the best of Port Elizabeth and Addo.

Changes to bookings must be requested in writing at least 21 days before the tour date.
We will accommodate changes where possible, but additional charges may apply.
Medical Conditions:
Clients must inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, disabilities, or special needs that may affect their participation in the tour.
Inoculations & Immunisations:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they meet all health requirements for travel, including obtaining any necessary vaccinations and taking recommended health precautions.
Travel Insurance:
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of personal belongings, and trip cancellation.
Illness or Disability Disclosure:
Any illness, disability, or ongoing medical treatment must be declared at the time of booking.
Adventure Shuttle and Tours reserves the right to decline participation to clients who fail to disclose relevant medical information that may affect the safety or operation of the tour.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing via email to Adventure Shuttle and Tours.
We aim to acknowledge and respond within 30 days. All disputes will be investigated thoroughly in consultation with the relevant service provider or supplier to reach a fair resolution.
